Adam Mason is an experienced global support to operations and security leader with more than 20 years of service supporting the Central Intelligence Agency and as a U.S. Diplomat. Throughout his career, he has led diverse cross-functional teams in complex, high-pressure environments across multiple international locations, building a reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and mission-focused team development.
Drawing from extensive experience supporting global intelligence and diplomatic operations, Adam has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams spanning security, logistics, human resources, finance, project management, and operational support functions. His leadership assignments have included work throughout the United States and overseas postings in West Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, where he guided teams through dynamic operational challenges requiring adaptability, collaboration, and sound decision-making.
Known for his ability to unify teams from varying professional, cultural, and organizational backgrounds, Adam fosters environments centered on accountability, communication, trust, and continuous improvement. His leadership style combines operational discipline with a people-first approach that emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and long-term organizational growth.

In addition to his operational leadership background, Adam has extensive experience coaching and mentoring professionals, facilitating training programs, and leading organizational initiatives focused on team effectiveness, conflict resolution, communication, and leadership development. His ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear strategic direction has made him a trusted leader and advisor throughout his career.

Brenda Mason is an experienced administrative and community engagement professional with a distinguished background supporting international operations through her work with the World Bank and the U.S. Department of State. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and compassionate leadership while supporting diverse communities and senior leadership in dynamic global environments.
During her time with the World Bank, Brenda served in an executive support capacity, providing high-level administrative coordination, organizational management, and operational support within a fast-paced international setting. Her work required exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex priorities while supporting mission-driven initiatives and multicultural teams.

Brenda later served as a Community Liaison Officer (CLO) with the U.S. Department of State, where she played a vital role in strengthening morale, communication, and community engagement within U.S. Embassy communities overseas. Working closely with embassy leadership, diplomats, and international families, she developed and coordinated programs that supported employee well-being, family readiness, and cross-cultural integration.
Her experience living and working in international environments provided her with a deep understanding of cultural adaptability, relationship-building, and community support. Brenda became known for fostering welcoming and inclusive environments while helping individuals and families navigate the unique challenges associated with overseas assignments.
Through her combined experience with the World Bank and the State Department, Brenda developed expertise in community relations, event coordination, communication, organizational support, and cross-cultural engagement.
